In the guarded run, the guard moved 2 messages into the 8am to 9pm window; sent 1 draft back to the model for a rewrite; handed 3 conversations to a person; answered 2 disputes with a fixed acknowledgement and no model call.
How you can tell it ran: the model's replies are saved in the repository, and every push replays them through the current guard and checks, with no API key. When the quiet-hours guard was switched off on purpose, that replay failed. Hard checks are rule checks on the transcript, not a judge of meaning; the transcripts were also read by hand.
